研究目的：

针对接受肝动脉灌注化疗的晚期肝癌患者，建立一套标准化、个性化的护理路径。通过分析化疗前后（包括术前心理疏导、术中配合及术后疼痛管理、并发症预防）的护理要点，旨在减轻患者痛苦，降低导管堵塞及感染等风险，提升患者生活质量及治疗依从性。  

Objectives of Study：

To establish a standardized and personalized nursing pathway for patients with advanced liver cancer undergoing Hepatic Arterial Infusion Chemotherapy (HAIC). By analyzing key nursing interventions throughout the perioperative period—including preoperative psychological counseling, intraoperative cooperation, postoperative pain management, and complication prevention—this study aims to alleviate patient suffering, reduce risks such as catheter occlusion and infection, and ultimately improve quality of life and treatment adherence.

纳入标准：

1. 年龄18-70周岁（包括18周岁和70周岁）； 2. 组织学或细胞学确诊为肝癌，或经过组织学或者影像学综合评估确认为转移性肝癌； 3. 行肝动脉灌注化疗的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age: 18 to 70 years old (including 18 and 70 years old); 2. Histological or cytological diagnosis of liver cancer, or confirmed as metastatic liver cancer through comprehensive histological or imaging assessment; 3. Patients undergoing hepatic artery infusion chemotherapy.

排除标准：

1. 不符合纳入标准； 2. 合并其他手术的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Does not meet the inclusion criteria; 2. Patients who have undergone other surgeries concurrently.
