研究目的：

本研究拟在常规西医治疗的基础上，主要针对合并焦虑抑郁的冠心病患者加用冠心宁片进行治疗，观察中西医联合治疗的疗效及对预后的影响，为冠心病合并焦虑抑郁等心理障碍的治疗提供理论依据；探寻冠心病科学、规范应用中成药的治疗新策略。  

Objectives of Study：

On the basis of conventional Western medicine treatment, this study intends to mainly add Guanxinning Pian (a Chinese patent medicine) for the treatment of coronary heart disease (CHD) patients complicated with anxiety and depression. It aims to observe the efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment and its impact on prognosis, so as to provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of CHD combined with psychological disorders such as anxiety and depression; and to explore new scientific and standardized strategies for the application of Chinese patent medicines in the treatment of CHD.

纳入标准：

1.符合冠心病的诊断标准； 2.具有良好的沟通及理解能力，小学及以上文化程度者或者在家属帮助下能进行良好沟通者； 3.符合焦虑、抑郁诊断标准。

Inclusion criteria

1.Meet the diagnostic criteria for coronary heart disease (CHD);
2.Possess good communication and comprehension abilities: those with an educational background of primary school or above, or those who can communicate effectively with the assistance of family members;
3.Meet the diagnostic criteria for anxiety and depression.

排除标准：

1.合并严重心、肺、肾功能损害等导致生命垂危者，包括意识障碍、昏迷等； 2.合并认知及语言功能障碍等； 3.孕妇及有出血倾向等服用本药有禁忌者； 4.在本项目期间出现突发情况需要中断者； 5.依从性差或不愿意完成者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with life-threatening conditions due to complicated severe heart, lung, or renal impairment, including those with consciousness disturbance, coma, etc.
2.Patients with complicated cognitive or language dysfunction, etc.
3.Pregnant women and those with contraindications to this drug such as bleeding tendency;
4. Patients who need to discontinue the study due to unexpected circumstances during the project period;
5. Patients with poor compliance or who are unwilling to complete the study.
