本研究旨在系统探讨非肿块型乳腺癌（NMLs）的多模态超声特征，并深入分析这些特征与关键预后因子Ki-67表达水平的相关性，从而为术前无创评估NMLs的生物学行为、辅助临床制定个体化治疗策略提供客观的影像学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to systematically investigate the multimodal ultrasound features of non-mass-like breast cancer (NMLs) and to thoroughly analyze the correlation between these features and the expression level of the key prognostic factor Ki-67, thereby providing objective imaging evidence for preoperative non-invasive assessment of the biological behavior of NMLs and assisting in the formulation of individualized treatment strategies.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.患者经超声诊断为乳腺非肿块型病变； 2.临床病史及手术记录资料完整； 3.超声影像资料完整、符合诊断要求。

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients were diagnosed with non-mass-like breast lesions by ultrasound; 2.Complete clinical history and surgical records were available; 3.Ultrasound imaging data were complete and met the diagnostic requirements.

排除标准：

1.超声检查前行乳腺肿瘤穿刺活检； 2.接受过新辅助化疗者； 3.有乳腺癌病史者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Breast tumor biopsy performed before ultrasound examination; 2.Patients who had received neoadjuvant chemotherap; 3.Patients with a history of breast cancer.
