研究目的:

本研究通过 Openpose 算法与 AI 技术深度融合,构建儿童步态异常居家康复智能体系,可打破传统康复对专业设备与场地的依赖,减少家庭往返医院的时间与经济成本,提升康复依从性。同时,实现步态参数精准量化与个性化方案动态调整,解决传统居家康复评估模糊、方案同质化问题, 提升干预效果。研究成果可形成标准化临床技术方案,为儿童步态异常康复提供新路径,推动康复技术向居家化、智能化、精准化转型,具有重要的临床应用价值与推广前景。具体研究目的有三个方面: 1. 构建基于 Openpose 算法结合 AI 的儿童步态异常居家康复智能评估与干预体系,实现步态参数精准提取、异常智能识别、个性化方案生成及实时反馈功能。 2. 验证该体系的临床可靠性、 安全性与有效性, 确保核心步态参数评估与三维运动捕捉金标准一致性≥80%,显著改善患儿步态异常指标与运动功能。 3. 形成可推广的儿童步态异常居家康复标准化技术方案,为临床康复提供创新补充路径,提升儿童步态康复的便捷性与精准性。  

Objectives of Study:

This study integrates the OpenPose algorithm with artificial intelligence (AI) to develop an intelligent home-based rehabilitation system for children with abnormal gait. It reduces reliance on professional equipment and venues in traditional rehabilitation, lowers families’ time and economic costs for hospital visits, and improves rehabilitation compliance. The system achieves accurate quantification of gait parameters and dynamic personalized rehabilitation plans, solving problems such as vague evaluation and homogeneous regimens in conventional home rehabilitation and enhancing intervention effects.The specific objectives are as follows:Establish an intelligent assessment and intervention system to realize accurate gait extraction, intelligent abnormality identification, personalized plan generation and real-time feedback.Verify its reliability, safety and efficacy, with consistency ≥80% compared with 3D motion capture gold standard.Form a promotable standardized protocol to improve the convenience and precision of pediatric gait rehabilitation.

纳入标准:

1.年龄6-12岁,性别不限;
2.经临床诊断为步态异常,类型包括脊柱侧凸、足内翻、足外翻、跛行、轻度长短腿等,且病程≥3个月;
3.能配合完成基础康复训练与设备操作,监护人具备基本电子设备使用能力;
4.监护人知情同意,自愿参与本研究,并签署知情同意书;
5.无严重心、肝、肾等全身性疾病,无精神系统疾病。

Inclusion criteria

1.Aged 6 to 12, all genders welcome;
2.Clinically diagnosed with abnormal gait, including scoliosis, clubfoot, valgus foot, limping, mild leg length discrepancy, etc., with a disease course of ≥3 months.
3.Able to cooperate in completing basic rehabilitation training and equipment operation, and the guardian has basic skills in using electronic devices.
4.The guardian has given informed consent, voluntarily participates in this study, and signs the informed consent form.
5.No severe systemic diseases such as heart, liver and kidney diseases, and no mental system diseases.

排除标准:

1.存在认知功能障碍、严重精神疾病,无法配合训练与评估;
2.合并严重全身性疾病(如严重先天性心脏病、肌张力异常综合征、进行性肌营养不良症及其他影响运动功能的遗传性、先天性疾病等)、严重骨骼畸形(如重度脊柱侧弯、先天性髋关节脱位)或神经系统重度病变(如重度脑瘫、脊髓损伤),无法配合完成居家康复训练;
3.近3个月接受过手术治疗或其他侵入性康复干预,可能影响研究结果;
4.家庭居住环境无法满足训练需求,且无法进行简易改造;
5.监护人无法全程陪同训练,或不配合数据记录与随访。

Exclusion criteria:

1.Suffering from cognitive dysfunction and severe mental illness, unable to cooperate with training and assessment.
2.Having complicated severe systemic diseases (such as severe congenital heart disease, dystonia syndrome, progressive muscular dystrophy and other hereditary and congenital diseases affecting motor function), severe skeletal deformities (such as severe scoliosis, congenital hip dislocation) or severe neurological lesions (such as severe cerebral palsy, spinal cord injury), and being unable to cooperate with home rehabilitation training;
3.Having received surgical treatment or other invasive rehabilitation interventions in the past 3 months, which may affect the study results;
4.The home living environment fails to meet training requirements and cannot be simply renovated.
5.The guardian is unable to accompany the training throughout the whole process or refuses to cooperate with data recording and follow-up visits.

本研究数据采集与管理分为两部分:一是病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF),用于纸质录入基线、疗效及安全性临床信息;二是电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC),用于 Openpose 步态数据、训练数据电子化录入、存储与核查。所有数据匿名化处理,双人核对录入,加密保存、定期备份,严格保密管理。

Data collection and management consist of Case Record Form (CRF) for clinical information and Electronic Data Capture (EDC) system for electronic gait and training data. All data are anonymized, double-verified, encrypted and regularly backed up with confidential management.
