主要目的：观察不同呼吸方式下，膝关节不同角速度等速肌力测试力学输出指标的特征。 次要目的：通过对受试者在不同呼吸方式下膝关节的肌力、肌电信号的评估，进一步探讨不同呼吸方式下膝关节等速测试的差异机制，为膝关节等速肌力测试的标准化操作提供临床参考依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Main goal: To observe the characteristics of mechanical output indicators in knee joint isokinetic strength tests at different angular velocities under different breathing patterns. Secondary goal: By evaluating the strength and electromyography signals of participants' knees under different breathing patterns, we aim to further explore the mechanisms behind the differences in knee isokinetic tests, and provide clinical reference for standardizing knee isokinetic strength testing.

纳入标准：

计划入组 30 例健康成年男性受试者 1.自愿签署知情同意书； 2.年龄18-30岁，BMI 18.5-24.0 kg/m2； 3.近12个月无肌肉骨骼损伤、呼吸系统疾病史； 4.无长期呼吸训练的习惯；

Inclusion criteria

Planning to enroll 30 healthy adult male participants 1. Voluntarily sign the informed consent form; 2. Aged 18-30 years, with a BMI of 18.5-24.0 kg/m^2; 3. No history of musculoskeletal injury or respiratory disease in the past 12 months; 4. No long-term breathing training habits.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本研究采用纸质量表采集原始数据，经双人独立核对后，录入电子系统(100%复核)。纸质量表按编号归档上锁，电子系统具备修改留痕功能。研究期间抽取10%样本进行一致性核查，确保转录错误率低于0.5%。所有修改均需留痕(纸质划线签注/电子稽查轨迹).

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

This study collected the original data using a paper quality assesment form. After being independentyverfied by two individuals, the data was entered into theelectronic system (00% double-check. The paper quality assesment forms were archived and locked by number, and the electronic system has a functionformodifying traceability. During the study period, 10% of the samples were randomly selected forconsistency verification to ensure that the transcription eror ratewas lower than 0.5%. All modifications required a traceable record (paper lines and signatures/ electronic audit trai).
