研究目的：

主要目的： 1. 通过横断面研究分析代谢健康超重或肥胖和代谢不健康超重或肥胖人群在生活方式、社会心理、经济与环境、身体成分、胰岛素抵抗等方面的差异。 2. 建立纵向队列，探究上述因素对代谢健康超重或肥胖向代谢不健康超重或肥胖转化的预测作用，建立预测模型。 次要目的： 在主要目的的基础上探究上述因素对代谢健康超重或肥胖转化为轻度、重度代谢不健康超重或肥胖及新发心血管事件的预测作用。  

Objectives of Study：

Main objectives: 1. Analyze, through a cross-sectional study, the differences in lifestyle, psychosocial, economic and environmental factors, body composition, insulin resistance, and other aspects between people who are overweight or obese but metabolically healthy and those who are overweight or obese but metabolically unhealthy. 2. Establish a longitudinal cohort to explore how the factors mentioned above can predict the transition from metabolically healthy overweight or obesity to metabolically unhealthy overweight or obesity, and to develop a prediction model. Secondary objectives: Based on the main objectives, explore how the above factors can predict the progression from metabolically healthy overweight or obesity to mild or severe metabolically unhealthy overweight or obesity, as well as the incidence of new cardiovascular events.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.CHARLS参与者及2012年至2016年于孙逸仙纪念医院糖尿病中心参与健康体检的个体；
2.具有完整基线数据、有效的BMI测量值和完整的代谢健康指标；
3.BMI≥24 kg/m2；

Inclusion criteria

1. Participants of the CHARLS program and individuals who underwent health check-ups at the Diabetes Center of Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hospital from 2012 to 2016; 2. With complete baseline data, valid BMI measurements, and complete metabolic health indicators; 3. BMI >= 24 kg/m^2.

排除标准：

1.基线BMI < 24kg/m2；
2.妊娠、恶性肿瘤等影响体重或代谢；
3.关键变量严重缺失：缺乏用于计算主要暴露变量（如体力活动、教育、心理状态等）和协变量（如年龄、性别、吸烟史）的数据；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Baseline BMI < 24 kg/m^2; 2. Pregnancy, malignant tumors, etc. can affect weight or metabolism; 3. Critical variables are severely lacking: there is a shortage of data for calculating the main exposure variables (such as physical activity, education, mental state, etc.) and covariates (such as age, gender, smoking history).
