Objectives of Study：

To explore the Clinical Heterogeneity and Evolution of Treatment Patterns of Ulcerative Colitis across different time periods

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.纳入2015年1月-2026年1月于本院住院的溃疡性结肠炎（UC）患者，其诊断分别符合就诊时相应的《炎症性肠病诊治共识意见》（2012年·广州版或2018年·北京版），并经研究者依据原始资料复核确认。
2.确诊年龄≥18岁；

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients hospitalized in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2026 with a diagnosis of Ulcerative Colitis (UC) will be included. The diagnosis must be consistent with the corresponding version of the Consensus on Diagnosis and Treatment of Inflammatory Bowel Disease (Guangzhou 2012 edition or Beijing 2018 edition) in effect at the time of diagnosis, and must be reconfirmed by the investigator based on a review of the original source data; 2. Age at confirmed diagnosis >= 18 years.

排除标准：

1.不符合相应时期的炎症性肠病诊治共识的诊断标准、诊断不明确及资料不全者； 2.合并其他肠道疾病者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who do not meet the diagnostic criteria of the corresponding version of the Consensus on Diagnosis and Treatment of Inflammatory Bowel Disease, those with an unclear diagnosis, or those with incomplete clinical data. 2. Patients with coexisting other intestinal diseases.
