评估阴道镜检查技术对下生殖道病变的诊断及随访中的价值。  

Objectives of Study：

Assess the value of colposcopy in the diagnosis and follow-up of lower genital tract lesions.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄 ≥ 18周岁的女性。 2.因宫颈筛查异常（如HPV阳性、ASCUS及以上细胞学异常）或者宫颈外阴病变治疗后需随访被转诊接受阴道镜检查女性。

Inclusion criteria

1. Women aged 18 years or older. 2. Women referred for colposcopy due to abnormal cervical screening (such as HPV-positive status or ASCUS or worse cytological abnormalities) or requiring post-treatment follow-up for cervical or vulvar lesions.

排除标准：

1.存在急性生殖道感染，需先行治疗者。 2.根据研究者判断，有任何严重疾病或状况，可能导致无法配合或影响数据完整性者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Individuals presenting with acute genital tract infections requiring prior treatment. 2. Subjects with any severe disease or condition that, as determined by the investigator, may lead to inability to comply with the study or affect data integrity.
