研究目的：

本研究拟利用回顾性队列数据，将临床相关指标与心脏周围脂肪的CT衰减值相融合，构建新型、高效的个体化复发风险预测模型，旨在填补“全身-局部”整合预测的空白，为临床决策及房颤患者术后个体化管理提供更精准的工具，并为“全身代谢异常通过局部脂肪炎症促进心房重构”的病理生理假说提供循证依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study intends to use retrospective cohort data to integrate clinically relevant indicators with CT attenuation values of epicardial adipose tissue, and construct a novel and efficient individualized prediction model for recurrence risk. It aims to fill the gap in "systemic?local" integrated prediction, provide a more accurate tool for clinical decision?making and individualized postoperative management of patients with atrial fibrillation, and offer evidence?based support for the pathophysiological hypothesis that systemic metabolic abnormalities promote atrial remodeling through local adipose inflammation.

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥18岁；
2.首次行房颤导管消融术；
3.术前行左心房CT造影经检查；
4.人工手动质量检测SwinUNTER自动化分割EAT结果合格；
5.具备12个月随访的电生理检查数据；
6.签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

1.Age ≥ 18 years;
2.Underwent primary catheter ablation for atrial fibrillation;
3.Received preoperative left atrial CT angiography;
4.Qualified results of Swin-UNET automated segmentation of epicardial adipose tissue (EAT) after manual quality control;
5.Available electrophysiological data from 12-month follow-up;
6.Signed informed consent form;

排除标准：

1.既往心脏手术史；
2.严重肝肾功能不全、恶性肿瘤、妊娠期；
3.心室消融、房室结消融、右心房心房扑动消融或中止消融的患者；
4.随访数据缺失；
5.图像分割数据差；

Exclusion criteria：

1.History of previous cardiac surgery;
2.Severe hepatic or renal insufficiency, malignant tumor, pregnancy;
3.Patients undergoing ventricular ablation, atrioventricular node ablation, right atrial flutter ablation, or aborted ablation;
4.Missing follow-up data;
5.Poor image segmentation quality;
