研究目的：

研究益生元对痤疮的影响，能够更深入的了解微生物群是如何介导微生态环境的变化，以及挖掘菌群-肠道-皮肤三者之间存在的交互作用及关系，为后续肠道-皮肤轴的相关研究奠定基础。 本研究拟通过对比不同干预方式对受试者面部菌群、痤疮评分及严重程度的影响，从而为临床上诊断和治疗相关皮肤疾病提供思路。  

Objectives of Study：

Studies on the effects of prebiotics on acne can provide a deeper understanding of how microbiota mediates changes in the microecological environment, and explore the interaction and relationship between microbiota, gut and skin, laying a foundation for subsequent studies on the gut-skin axis. This study aims to compare the effects of different intervention methods on subjects' facial microbiota, acne score and severity, so as to provide ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment of related skin diseases.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.诊断为轻度至中度的面部寻常痤疮（含鼻部），Pillsbury痤疮分类评分为1-3级轻、中度痤疮；
2.年龄>=14周岁，性别不限；
3.年龄>=18周岁的患者需知情同意，并签署知情同意书。对于＜18周岁的患者，须在知情同意的基础上，由患者和其父母或法定监护人共同签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.The diagnosis was mild to moderate acne vulgaris on the face (including the nose) and Pillsbury acne classification score was grade one to grade three mild to moderate acne;
2.Age >=14 years old, gender unlimited;
3.Patients aged 18 years or older must provide informed consent and sign the informed consent form. For patients under 18 years of age, the informed consent form must be signed jointly by the patient and their parent or legal guardian, based on informed consent.

排除标准：

1.妊娠期或哺乳期妇女； 2.患有其他皮肤疾病者； 3.4周内使用过局部外用治疗痤疮药物者或4周内口服使用过抗生素类、维A酸类及其他治疗痤疮药物者； 4.4周内使用过系统或局部糖皮质激素治疗或使用过物理治疗、化学治疗和激光治疗痤疮的患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Pregnant or lactating women;
2.Patients with other skin diseases;
3.Patients who have used topical acne drugs within 4 weeks or oral use of antibiotics, retinoids and other acne drugs within 4 weeks;
4.Patients who have undergone systemic or topical corticosteroid therapy, or physical therapy, chemical therapy, or laser therapy for acne within the past 4 weeks;
