研究目的：

分析不同手术方式在手术时间、出血量、住院时间等围手术期指标上的差异；各手术方式在术后并发症（如面神经损伤、涎瘘、Frey 综合征等）发生率上的差异；探索不同手术方式对患者术后生活质量及美容满意度的长期影响；得出机器人及腔镜手术在中国腮腺肿瘤患者群体中的可行性与非劣效或优势证据。  

Objectives of Study：

To analyze the differences among various surgical approaches in perioperative indicators such as operative time, intraoperative blood loss, and length of hospital stay; to compare postoperative complication rates—including facial nerve injury, salivary fistula, and Frey’s syndrome—across different surgical techniques; to explore the long-term impact of each approach on patients’ postoperative quality of life and aesthetic satisfaction; and to determine the feasibility and potential non-inferiority or advantages of robotic and endoscopic surgery for parotid gland tumors in the Chinese patient population.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄大于18岁 2. 术前诊断评估为良性肿瘤 3. 接受以下任一手术方式的患者：机器人辅助手术、腔镜手术、传统开放手术 4. 住院记录完整并有随访联系方式 5. 首次行腮腺肿瘤切除手术

Inclusion criteria

1. Age 18 or older; 2. Preoperative diagnosis confirms a benign tumor; 3. Patients who have undergone any of the following surgical procedures: robot-assisted surgery, endoscopic surgery, or conventional surgery; 4. Complete medical records and valid follow-up information; 5. Primary parotid tumor resection surgery.

排除标准：

1. 术前诊断评估为恶性肿瘤 2. 腮腺肿瘤复发患者 3. 合并其他基础疾病或面神经原已有损伤 4. 临床资料缺失或无法随访 5. 同侧两次以上或双侧均行腮腺切除者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Preoperative diagnosis confirms a malignant tumor; 2. Patients with recurrent parotid tumors; 3. Patients with comorbidities or pre-existing facial nerve damage; 4. Missing clinical data or loss to follow-up; 5. Patients who have undergone parotidectomy on the same side two or more times, or on both sides.
