研究目的：

通过回顾性分析近 10 年我单位收治的脑出血患者临床资料，分析中国西南地区脑出血的流行病学、临床特征与预后、手术治疗方式及效果、常见并发症，为未来的脑出血治疗和研究提供借鉴。  

Objectives of Study：

The study explores the epidemiology, clinical characteristics and prognosis, surgical approaches and complications of intracerebral hemorrhage in Southwest China, in order to provide references for future treatment and research on intracerebral hemorrhage ,by retrospectively analyzing the clinical data of patients with intracerebral hemorrhage in our hospital over the past decade.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄大于 18 岁；
2.所有患者均行头颅 CT、CTA 或 MRI 明确诊断脑出血；
3.发病到入院时间≤14 天；

Inclusion criteria

1.Age > 18 years; 2.Diagnosis of intracerebral hemorrhage was confirmed by cranial CT, CTA or MRI in all enrolled patients; 3.Time from onset to admission <= 14 days;

排除标准：

1.动脉瘤、血管畸形、脑外伤或肿瘤卒中引起的脑出血；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Intracerebral hemorrhage caused by aneurysm, vascular malformation, traumatic brain injury or tumor apoplexy;
