研究目的：

本研究是一项前瞻性、多中心、大样本临床观察性研究，旨在通过此项研究，调查陕西地区在神经内科住院的Lp(a)升高患者中，Lp(a)的分布情况。并研究在急性脑梗死后，Lp(a)浓度的变化情况。明确不同降脂药物对Lp(a)浓度、复发缺血事件、颈动脉斑块的影响情况，为Lp(a)浓度升高患者的治疗决策提供循证医学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study is a prospective, multicenter, large-sample clinical observational study, aiming to investigate the distribution of Lp(a) in patients with elevated Lp(a) who are hospitalized in the Department of Neurology in the Shaanxi region. It also aims to study the changes in Lp(a) concentration after acute cerebral infarction, clarify the effects of different lipid-lowering drugs on Lp(a) concentration, recurrent ischemic events, and carotid plaques, and provide evidence-based medical guidance for treatment decisions in patients with elevated Lp(a) levels.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）Lp(a) ≥30 mg/dL 或≥ 75 mmol/L； （2）年龄在18-80岁之间； （3）受试者或法定代理人已被告知研究的性质，理解方案中的规定，能够保证依从性，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Lp(a) >= 30 mg/dL or >= 75 mmol/L; 2. Age between 18-80 years; 3. The subject or legal representative has been informed about the nature of the study, understands the provisions in the protocol, can ensure compliance, and has signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）慢性肾脏病（血肌酐＞133 ummol/L或肾小球滤过率＜60 mL/min/1.73 m2）、肝功能不全（转氨酶升高3倍以上）、恶性肿瘤患者； （2）患者可能对研究方案不依从（包括随访期），如精神异常、吸毒等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with chronic kidney disease (serum creatinine > 133 μmol/L or glomerular filtration rate < 60 mL/min/1.73 m^2), liver dysfunction (transaminase levels more than 3 times the normal), or malignant tumors; 2. Patients who may be non-compliant with the study protocol (including the follow-up period), such as those with mental disorders, drug abuse, etc.
