研究目的：

主要研究目的：探讨在ST36和ST25进行经皮穴位电刺激（TEA）对急性胰腺炎患者腹痛、炎症的治疗效果 次要研究目的：基于迷走神经活性调节探讨TEA治疗急性胰腺炎的作用机制  

Objectives of Study：

Main research objective: To explore the therapeutic effects of percutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation (TEA) at ST36 and ST25 on abdominal pain and inflammation in patients with acute pancreatitis. Secondary research objective: To investigate the mechanism of TEA in treating acute pancreatitis based on the regulation of vagus nerve activity.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄18-75岁； 2.愿意签署书面同意书； 3.在急性胰腺炎发病后24小时内入院； 4.入院时SIRS评分>=2分； 5.有腹痛、腹胀症状

Inclusion criteria

1. Age range: 18 - 75 years old; 2. Willing to sign a written consent form; 3. Admitted to the hospital within 24 hours after the onset of acute pancreatitis; 4. SIRS score >= 2 at admission; 5. Present with abdominal pain or abdominal distension symptoms.

排除标准：

1.急性重症胰腺炎； 2.严重心脏、肝脏或肾脏疾病； 3.在过去2周内使用已知影响胃肠动力的药物； 4.有胃肠手术史； 5.妊娠期妇女； 6.对ECG电极皮肤过敏； 7.熟悉穴位或经络

Exclusion criteria：

1. Acute severe pancreatitis; 2. Severe heart, liver or kidney diseases; 3. Have used drugs known to affect gastrointestinal motility within the past 2 weeks; 4. Have a history of gastrointestinal surgery; 5. Pregnant women; 6. Allergic to the skin of ECG electrodes; 7. Familiar with acupoints or meridians
