To investigate the teaching effectiveness of a virtual reality (VR)-based arthroscopic surgery simulation training system in the standardized residency training for orthopedic surgery residents.

2.无严重视觉或肢体功能障碍，能完成模拟器操作。

Inclusion criteria

1.Agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.
2.No severe visual or limb dysfunction, able to complete simulator operations.

排除标准：

1.既往有超过 5 例独立完成关节镜手术经验者。

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本课题的数据采集与管理遵循规范流程：所有原始数据（包括学员一般资料、模拟器系统数据、考核评分表、问卷及访谈转录文本）在研究产生时即时、真实、完整地记录。模拟器数据采用本地离线加密存储，仅导出至医院受防火墙保护的科研服务器，不采集任何个人生物特征信息；学员以编码标识，隐私严格保密。纸质数据经双人核对后录入Excel，并随机抽取不少于20%进行复核；全部数据完成清理、审核并由主要研究者批准后锁定，加密保存并备份。中途退出者可根据意愿选择数据彻底删除或匿名化保留，数据保留至研究结束后5年并按规定彻底销毁或去标识化归档。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The data collection and management of this study follow standardized procedures. All original data (including general participant information, simulator system data, assessment scores, questionnaires, and interview transcripts) are recorded promptly, accurately, and completely at the time of data generation. Simulator data are stored locally offline with encryption and are only exported to the hospital’s research data server protected by a firewall; no personally identifiable biometric information is collected. Participants are identified by codes, and their privacy is strictly protected. Paper-based data are double-checked by two individuals before being entered into Excel, and no less than 20% of the entries are randomly selected for verification. After all data have been cleaned, reviewed, and approved by the principal investigator, they are locked, encrypted, saved, and backed up. Participants who withdraw from the study may choose to have their data completely deleted or anonymized for retention. All data are retained for five years after the completion of the study and are then either permanently destroyed or de-identified and archived according to regulations.
