研究目的：

1.探讨甲状腺癌患者治疗延迟发生的影响机制及其延迟时间预测，构建预测模型。针对治疗延迟的DTI、S-PORT和TPT三个时间节点，深入分析个体特征与医疗机构特征因素对肿瘤患者治疗延迟的影响，预测患者是否发生治疗延迟及延迟时间。 2.通过结合目前癌症患者治疗延迟的现状和患者面临的障碍及需求，考虑国内的实际情况和患者的文化背景，构建以护士导航为主的甲状腺癌患者导航干预策略。 3.评价患者导航干预措施针对甲状腺癌患者在是否延迟、延迟时间、生命质量上的效果，以及患者导航干预措施在患者自付费用、医保费用和总费用上的效果，评价干预组与未干预组的效果差异和变化；辨析在不同时间节点下干预措施、人群特点和效果的异质性和交互性。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Explore the influencing mechanism of delayed treatment in thyroid cancer patients and predict the delay time, and construct a prediction model. For the three time points of DTI, S-PORT, and TPT during treatment delay, deeply analyze the impact of individual characteristics and medical institution characteristics on the treatment delay of cancer patients, and predict whether the patients will experience treatment delay and the delay time. 2. By combining the current situation of treatment delay in cancer patients, the obstacles and demands faced by patients, and considering the actual situation in China and the cultural background of patients, construct a navigation intervention strategy for thyroid cancer patients based on nurse navigation. 3. Evaluate the effects of patient navigation intervention measures on whether there is treatment delay, the delay time, and quality of life of thyroid cancer patients, as well as the effects of patient navigation intervention measures on out-of-pocket expenses, medical insurance expenses, and total expenses of patients. Evaluate the differences and changes in the effects between the intervention group and the non-intervention group; analyze the heterogeneity and interaction of intervention measures, population characteristics, and effects at different time points.

纳入标准：

1.选取四川省肿瘤医院确诊的甲状腺癌患者为研究对象 2.意识清楚，具有正常的语言表达能力和理解能力 3.年龄>=18周岁 4.自愿参加此项研究 5.经病理确诊的甲状腺癌患者

Inclusion criteria

1. Select patients with thyroid cancer diagnosed by Sichuan Provincial Cancer Hospital as the research subjects. 2. Have clear consciousness, normal language expression ability and comprehension ability. 3. Age >= 18 years old. 4. Voluntarily participate in this study. 5. Patients with thyroid cancer diagnosed by pathology.

排除标准：

1.理解或阅读能力障碍者 2.合并其它癌症的患者 3.非原发性甲状腺癌患者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Individuals with comprehension or reading disabilities 2. Patients with other types of cancer 3. Patients with non-primary thyroid cancer
