研究目的：

本研究拟开发首个ICI-AKI简易动态风险评分模型，通过整合肿瘤免疫治疗发生急性肾损伤的核心变量实现：一是治疗前初筛，识别需强化监测的高危人群；二是治疗中预警，每周期自动更新评分；三是尽早临床干预，设定评分阈值激活针对性预防策略和应对措施。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to develop the first simple dynamic risk scoring model for ICI-AKI (immune checkpoint inhibitor-associated acute kidney injury). By integrating the core variables of acute kidney injury occurring during cancer immunotherapy, the model will enable: (1) pre-treatment screening to identify high-risk patients requiring enhanced monitoring; (2) on-treatment warning with automatic score updates at each treatment cycle; and (3) early clinical intervention by establishing score thresholds to trigger targeted preventive strategies and responsive measures.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄>=18岁； 2.接受免疫检查点抑制剂治疗； 3.基线肌酐（SCr）值可用，治疗后21天内>=1次SCr随访数据。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >= 18 years old; 2. Received immunotherapy with checkpoint inhibitors; 3. Baseline creatinine (SCr) value is available, and there is at least one follow-up data of SCr within 21 days after treatment.

排除标准：

1.终末期肾病或透析患者； 2.非免疫检查点抑制剂相关急性肾损伤（梗阻性、感染性肾疾病、慢性肾炎、肾病综合征，其他药物相关性肾炎等）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with end-stage renal disease or those undergoing dialysis; 2. Acute kidney injury related to non-immune checkpoint inhibitors (obstructive, infectious kidney diseases, chronic nephritis, nephrotic syndrome, other drug-related nephritis, etc.).
