研究目的：

1 了解住院急性胰腺炎患者积极度水平、健康素养、自我管理行为水平的现状； 2 探究住院急性胰腺炎患者积极度、健康素养、自我管理行为的相关因素； 3 探讨住院急性胰腺炎患者积极度、健康素养、自我管理行为的作用路径，分析急性胰腺炎患者积极度在健康素养与自我管理行为水平关系中的作用。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Understand the current status of the level of motivation, health literacy, and self-management behavior of hospitalized patients with acute pancreatitis; 2. Explore the relevant factors influencing the level of motivation, health literacy, and self-management behavior of hospitalized patients with acute pancreatitis; 3. Examine the pathways of the effects of the level of motivation, health literacy, and self-management behavior on hospitalized patients with acute pancreatitis, and analyze the role of the level of motivation of acute pancreatitis patients in the relationship between health literacy and self-management behavior levels.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄 18～85 岁； 2.符合2021年中国急性胰腺炎诊治指南的临床诊断标准； 3.具有微信交流的能力； 4.患者对本研究知情且同意。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age 18-85 years old; 2. Meet the clinical diagnostic criteria of the 2021 Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Pancreatitis; 3. Able to communicate via WeChat; 4. Patients are informed about this study and agree to participate.

排除标准：

1.伴随严重神经系统疾病、精神状态异常的患者； 2.有沟通交流认知功能障碍，不理解问卷内容信息，沟通困难的患者； 3.患者患有严重的心、肾、肺等器官衰竭； 4.不能表达主观不适症状，不能完成问卷患者； 5.合并有其他严重疾病或有传染病者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with severe neurological disorders and abnormal mental states;
2.those with cognitive impairments in communication and understanding, making it difficult to comprehend the questionnaire content and communicate;
3.patients with severe organ failures such as heart, kidney, and lung;
4.those unable to express subjective discomfort symptoms and complete the questionnaire;
5.and those with other serious diseases or infectious diseases.
