研究目的：

由于 CPR 细菌难以独立存活，传统的方法难以分离，本研究拟采用液滴微流控技术，一方面隔离空间，使细菌不受群体群落的影响，另一方面可以得到大量单液滴，有可能分离出更多 CPR 细菌及其宿主。这有助于了解人类口腔中 CPR 细菌与宿主的共生机制，以更好地了解口腔中 CPR 细菌的功能，为临床上的治疗提供思路。  

Objectives of Study：

Because CPR bacteria are hard to survive on their own, traditional methods struggle to isolate them. This study plans to use droplet microfluidics technology, which can isolate them in tiny spaces so they aren't affected by the community around them, and at the same time, produce a lot of single droplets, potentially isolating more CPR bacteria and their hosts. This can help us understand how CPR bacteria coexist with their hosts in the human mouth, better grasp their role in oral health, and provide ideas for clinical treatments.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.依照美国牙周病学会和欧洲牙周病学会共识（2017 年）诊断为慢性牙周 炎的患者和未检测到牙周炎症的志愿者；
2.患者口内余留牙至少有 15 颗，≥30%的部位和至少 9 颗牙齿的探查袋深 度 ≥5 mm，且探查时有出血，其中两颗或两颗以上的牙齿的探查袋深度 ≥ 7 mm）；
3.患者签署知情同意书；
4.年龄大于 20 岁小于 70 岁；

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients diagnosed with chronic periodontal disease according to the consensus of the American Academy of Periodontology and the European Academy of Periodontology (2017), as well as volunteers without detected periodontal inflammation; 2.The patient has at least 15 remaining teeth in the mouth. More than 30% of the teeth have probing pocket depths of >= 5 mm, and there is bleeding during probing. Among them, the probing pocket depth of at least 2 or more teeth is >= 7 mm; 3.The patient signed the informed consent form; 4.Aged over 20 years old and under 70 years old;

排除标准：

1.怀孕、哺乳期妇女；
2.过去三个月内使用过局部或全身抗生素、抗炎药物治疗；
3.存在任何口腔病变和口腔癌，5 年内化疗史或头颈部区域放疗史；
4.有慢性其他全身性疾病史（T2DM 除外）；
5.患者有影响护理口腔卫生的身体残疾或精神疾病；
6.有影响研究完成或者干扰研究分析结果的情况存在，比如不配合，隐瞒病史；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Pregnant and lactating women;
2.Have used local or systemic antibiotics or anti-inflammatory drugs within the past three months;
3.Any oral lesions or oral cancer, a history of chemotherapy within the past 5 years, or a history of radiotherapy in the head and neck area;
4.Has a history of chronic systemic diseases (except for T2DM);
5.The patient has a physical disability or mental disorder that affects their ability to maintain oral hygiene.
6.There are situations that may affect the completion of the research or interfere with the analysis results, such as non-cooperation and concealing medical history.
