研究目的：

旨在通过益生菌、ω-3不饱和脂肪酸与高蛋白的协同干预，靶向性修复肠道屏障、抑制过度炎症、促进肌肉合成，从而逆转“肠-肌”轴的病理状态，实现免疫稳态重塑与肌肉容积的同步改善，从而加速康复。  

Objectives of Study：

To targetedly restore the intestinal barrier, suppress excessive inflammation, and promote muscle synthesis through the synergistic intervention of probiotics, ω-3 unsaturated fatty acids, and high protein, thereby reversing the pathological state of the "gut-muscle axis," achieving simultaneous improvement of immune homeostasis and muscle mass, and consequently accelerating rehabilitation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄>=18岁的康复患者； 2.经ICU治疗后病情稳定，转出ICU <48小时； 3.存在营养不良风险或营养不良（NRS 2002评分>=3分）； 4.预计需要肠内营养支持>=2周； 5.患者或其法定代理人签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients who are over 18 years old and have recovered; 2. Those whose condition has stabilized after ICU treatment and have been transferred out of the ICU within < 48 hours; 3. At risk of malnutrition or suffering from malnutrition (NRS 2002 score >= 3 points); 4. Expected to require enteral nutrition support for >= 2 weeks; 5. The patient or their legal representative has signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.患有短肠综合征、炎症性肠病等影响营养吸收的肠道器质性疾病； 2.对研究干预成分有明确过敏史； 3.长期使用免疫抑制剂或糖皮质激素患者； 4.妊娠或哺乳期妇女； 5.恶性肿瘤、HIV、器官移植等存在免疫抑制的患者； 6.严重肝肾功能不全（Child-Pugh C级，或eGFR<30 mL/min/1.73m^2） 7.生命终末期患者； 8.正在参与其他可能干扰本研究结果的临床试验。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Have organic intestinal diseases that affect nutrient absorption, such as short bowel syndrome and inflammatory bowel disease; 2. Have a clear history of allergic reaction to the intervention components; 3. Patients who have been using immunosuppressants or glucocorticoids for a long time; 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5. Patients with malignant tumors, HIV, organ transplantation, etc. who have immune suppression; 6. Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction (Child-Pugh C grade, or eGFR < 30 mL/min/1.73m^2); 7. Patients at the end of life; 8. Patients who are currently participating in other clinical trials that may interfere with the results of this study.
