通过整合影像组学生境分析和空间蛋白组学等多组学数据，更全面地揭示早期肺癌周围侵犯的空间异质性，从而构建更精准的预测模型。  

Objectives of Study：

This projectaims to integrate multi-omics data, including CT-based habitat radiomics andspatial proteomics, to more comprehensively reveal the spatial heterogeneity ofsurrounding invasion in early-stage lung cancer, thereby constructing a moreaccurate prediction model.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

经我院病理科诊断的非小细胞肺癌患者，临床分期为T1-T2 期。年龄为 18 周岁以上。

Inclusion criteria

Patients diagnosed with non-small cell lung cancer by the Department of Pathology of our hospital, with clinical stage T1-T2, and aged 18 years or older.

排除标准：

1.肝炎、梅毒、艾滋病 等严重传染病； 2.糖尿病、呼吸系统、心血管系统等慢性疾病； 3.贫血、凝血缺陷、 血小板生成障碍等血液系统相关疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Severe infectious diseases such as hepatitis, syphilis, and AIDS;
2.chronic diseases including diabetes, respiratory system disorders, and cardiovascular system disorders;
3.and hematological disorders such as anemia, coagulation defects, and impaired platelet production.
