研究目的：

评价"眼科NTS情景培训"对眼科手术室洗手护士NTS自我效能的提升效果。次要目的：通过质性访谈探索自我效能提升的个人体验、认知转变过程及关键影响因素。同时形成可推广的标准化培训内容与实施流程。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effect of "Ophthalmic NTS Scenario Training" on non-technical skills self-efficacy of ophthalmic scrub nurses. Secondary objective: To explore personal experiences, cognitive transformation processes, and key influencing factors of self-efficacy improvement through qualitative interviews. Additionally, to develop standardized training content and implementation procedures for wider application.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.持有有效护士执业证书； 2.在眼科手术室担任洗手护士岗位工作年限≥1年； 3.能够独立完成常规眼科手术配合； 4.知情同意并自愿参加本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1.Holding a valid nursing practice certificate; 2.Working as a scrub nurse in ophthalmic operating room for >= 1 year; 3.Able to independently assist in routine ophthalmic surgeries; 4.Providing informed consent and voluntarily participating in this study.

排除标准：

1.进修、实习、轮转护士及护士长； 2.近1年内接受过系统的NTS相关培训； 3.研究期间计划或可能发生岗位调动、长期休假（≥1个月）者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Trainee nurses, intern nurses, rotating nurses, and head nurses; 2.Those who have received systematic NTS-related training within the past year; 3.Those who plan to or may undergo job transfer or long-term leave (>=1 month) during the study period.

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

All Data will be encoded and de-identified before entry. Online questionnaire data will be exported to establish a database and independently verified by two researchers. Qualitative interview recordings will be transcribed and anonymized.
