研究目的：

1.探究多模态超声技术对于良恶性乳腺病变的诊断价值; 2.探究多模态超声对于乳腺癌分型、预后及淋巴结转移等风险的评估价值; 3.探究多模态超声技术联合超声引导下介入诊疗对于乳腺病变诊疗效能的提升价值。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore the diagnostic value of multimodal ultrasonography in differentiating benign and malignant breast lesions; 2. To investigate the value of multimodal ultrasonography for evaluating molecular subtype, prognosis and risks of lymph node metastasis in breast cancer; 3. To explore the improved diagnostic and therapeutic efficacy of multimodal ultrasonography combined with ultrasound-guided interventional procedures for breast lesions.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.临床及影像学检查发现乳腺病变，拟行多模态超声检查及超声引导下介入诊疗的患者； 2.符合行超声引导下介入诊疗（旋切/消融）的适应症： （1）经粗针穿刺活检证实为良性的乳腺病变； （2）乳腺结节最大径≤3.0 cm；如果最大径≥3.0 cm或者数量过多患者可考虑分次消融。

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients with clinically or radiologically identified breast lesions undergoing multimodal ultrasonography and ultrasound-guided interventional management; 2.Eligibility criteria for ultrasound-guided interventional therapy (vacuum-assisted excision or ablation) were defined as follows, referencing literature : (1) Breast lesions confirmed benign via core needle biopsy; (2) Maximum diameter of breast nodules <= 3.0 cm. For lesions >= 3.0 cm or multiple lesions, staged ablation can be performed.

排除标准：

1.存在进行超声引导下介入诊疗禁忌症： （1） 存在严重心、肝、肾等重要脏器功能障碍，无法配合或耐受介入操作； （2）有严重出血倾向、凝血机制障碍等。 2.妊娠期及哺乳期女性； 3.无法配合检查、随访或资料不全者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Exclusion criteria for ultrasound-guided interventional treatment: (1) Severe dysfunction of vital organs including heart, liver and kidney, resulting in intolerance or poor cooperation during interventional procedures; (2) Severe bleeding tendency or coagulation disorders. 2.Pregnant or lactating women; 3.Patients unable to cooperate with examinations or follow-up, or with incomplete clinical data.
