研究目的:

本研究以我们发现的ROP患儿中性粒细胞增多和分泌外泌体功能异常为研究基础,以阐明EFN参与ROP新生血管形成的机制为研究目标。从ROP患儿EFN蛋白表达、EFN对新生血管形成的调控作用以及ROP患儿中性粒细胞产生外泌体功能异常的机制等进行一系列深入研究,以期阐明中性粒细胞及其外泌体在ROP发生过程中的确切作用及机制,为ROP的临床防治找到新的路径和切入点。  

Objectives of Study:

This study is based on our findings of neutrophil proliferation and abnormal exosome secretion in infants with retinopathy of prematurity (ROP). The objective is to elucidate the mechanism by which EFN (Ephrin) participates in the formation of new blood vessels in ROP. A series of in-depth studies will be conducted on the expression of EFN protein in ROP patients, the regulatory role of EFN in new blood vessel formation, and the mechanisms underlying the abnormal exosome production by neutrophils in ROP patients. The aim is to clarify the exact role and mechanisms of neutrophils and their exosomes in the occurrence of ROP, and to identify new pathways and entry points for the clinical prevention and treatment of ROP.

纳入标准:

1. 胎龄<37周或出生体重<2500g; 2. 患有ROP或不患有ROP; 3. 病例资料完整。

Inclusion criteria

1. Gestational age < 37 weeks or birth weight < 2500 g; 2. Patients with ROP or without ROP; 3. Complete case data.

排除标准:

1. 患有其他类型的眼部血管先天性发育畸形; 2. 患有严重的先天畸形; 3. 患有染色体异常或遗传代谢病; 4. 临床资料不完整。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Patients with other types of congenital ocular vascular malformations; 2. Patients with severe congenital malformations; 3. Patients with chromosomal abnormalities or inherited metabolic disorders; 4. Patients with incomplete clinical data.
