本研究旨在构建SAPHO 综合征的“表型-机制-治疗”多维分子分型框架并开展实验验证，明确SAPHO 的SA/HS/PG 型与 PPP/PV 型两种主要亚型在遗传、免疫、炎症、微生物触发等多维机制上的差异，深化对疾病异质性本质的理解，为自身炎症性疾病的精准分型理论提供新思路。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to establish a multidimensional molecular classification framework for SAPHO syndrome, encompassing "phenotype-mechanism-therapy," and conduct experimental validation. It seeks to clarify the differences between the two primary subtypes of SAPHO—SA/HS/PG and PPP/PV—in terms of genetic, immunological, inflammatory, and microbial triggers, thereby deepening the understanding of disease heterogeneity and providing new insights for the precise classification of autoinflammatory diseases.

纳入标准：

1. 患者的年龄应符合18岁<=年龄<=65岁； 2. 患者应符合公认的Kahn（2003年）的SAPHO综合征诊断标准，即符合以下4个条件任意1条即可诊断： (1) 骨和（或）关节病伴有掌跖脓疱病； (2) 骨和（或）关节病伴有严重痤疮； (3) 成人孤立的无菌的骨肥厚或骨炎（痤疮丙酸杆菌除外）； (4) 儿童慢性复发性多灶性骨髓炎； 3. 患者已签署知情同意书，同意使用其库存血清、血细胞样本及临床数据进行科学研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. The patient's age should be between 18 and 65 years old; 2. The patient should meet the recognized diagnostic criteria for SAPHO syndrome by Kahn (2003), i.e. Any one of the following four conditions can be used for diagnosis: (1) Bone and/or joint disease accompanied by palmoplantar pustulosis; (2) Bone and/or joint disease accompanied by severe acne; (3) Adult isolated aseptic osteoporosis or osteitis (excluding Propionibacterium acnes); (4) Chronic recurrent multifocal osteomyelitis in children; 3. The patient has signed an informed consent form, agreeing to use their stock serum, blood cell samples, and clinical data for scientific research.

排除标准：

1. 合并其他明确的自身免疫性疾病（如类风湿关节炎、系统性红斑狼疮、强直性脊柱炎）等可能存在干扰因素影响实验结果的患者； 2. 有传染性疾病、心脑血管疾病、活动性恶性肿瘤等病史的患者以及孕妇、急症患者、疾病终末期患者、合并基础疾病的高龄患者等高风险人群； 3. 血液样本量不足或质量不合格、无法进行DNA提取者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with other clearly defined autoimmune diseases (such as rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, ankylosing spondylitis) that may have interfering factors affecting the experimental results; 2. Patients with a history of infectious diseases, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, active malignant tumors, as well as high-risk populations such as pregnant women, emergency patients, end-stage disease patients, and elderly patients with underlying diseases; 3. Individuals with insufficient or low-quality blood samples that cannot be used for DNA extraction.
