研究目的：

本研究旨在探索通过团体阅读疗法对青少年抑郁障碍患者树立正确的疾病认知，消除郁藏于患者心中不利于身心健康的情感，改善抑郁情绪，减少自伤行为，为抑郁障碍防治特色服务模式方面提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to explore the use of group reading therapy to help adolescent patients with depression disorders establish correct disease cognition, eliminate the negative emotions that are detrimental to their physical and mental health within their hearts, improve their depressive mood, reduce self-harming behaviors, and provide scientific evidence for the development of a distinctive service model for the prevention and treatment of depression disorders.

纳入标准：

1.符合ICD-10诊断标准的中度抑郁障碍诊断标准； 2.过去半年中存在自伤行为； 3.汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD-24项）>20分＜35分； 4.青少年自我伤害问卷≥5分； 5.年龄12-18岁，初中或以上文化，男女不限； 6.自愿签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1. Diagnosis criteria for moderate depressive disorder in accordance with ICD-10; 2. Self-harm behavior occurred in the past six months; 3. Hamilton Depression Scale (24-item HAMD) score > 20 and < 35; 4. Score ≥ 5 on the Adolescent Self-Harm Questionnaire; 5. Age 12-18 years old, with junior high school education or above, gender not limited; 6. Voluntary signing of informed consent form

排除标准：

1.要求退出研究者； 2.因突发事件（如出院、转诊等）中止研究者； 3.表示不能坚持参与完成整个研究过程者； 4.连续2周无故缺席干预者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Request to remove the researcher; 2. Terminate the researcher due to unexpected events (such as discharge, referral, etc.); 3. Indicate those who are unable to continue participating and complete the entire research process; 4. Those who are absent from the intervention without any reason for two consecutive weeks.
