研究目的：

本研究联合临床和基础，主要目的为构建基于颈动脉斑块的冠心病诊断及不良预后预警模型，并通过单细胞多组学技术为该模型提供依据，揭示颈动脉、冠脉不同部位血管AS细胞亚群及共同病理机制。  

Objectives of Study：

This study integrates clinical and basic research, with the primary aim of establishing a diagnostic model for coronary heart disease and a warning model for adverse prognosis based on carotid artery plaques. It also aims to provide evidence for this model through single-cell multi-omics technology, revealing the cell subpopulations and common pathological mechanisms of atherosclerosis (AS) in different parts of the carotid and coronary arteries.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥18 岁；
2.有冠脉CTA/CAG检查结果；
3.行颈动脉超声检查；
4.临床资料完整；
5.预期寿命大于1年；
6.前瞻性研究同意签署知情同意书，愿意接受随访；

Inclusion criteria

1.Age >= 18 years old; 2.coronary CTA/CAG examination results; 3.Perform carotid artery ultrasound examination; 4.Complete clinical data; 5.Expected lifespan is greater than one year. 6.Prospective study participants agreed to sign the informed consent form and were willing to accept follow-up.

排除标准：

1.严重全身性疾病； 2.未成年人、孕妇或打算怀孕； 3.恶性肿瘤； 4.患有免疫性疾病； 5.合并血液系统疾病； 6.心理精神障碍者； 7.不能完成 1 年随访

Exclusion criteria：

1. Serious systemic diseases; 2. Minors, pregnant women, or those planning to get pregnant; 3. Malignant tumors; 4. People with immune diseases; 5. With blood system diseases; 6. People with mental disorders; 7. Cannot complete 1-year follow-up
