研究目的：

本研究的目的则是探究脉搏氧灌注指数变化与椎管内麻醉平面的相关性，以期为麻醉平面的测定提供一个新的客观指标。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to explore the correlation between changes in perfusion index and the level of neuraxial anesthesia, in order to provide a new objective indicator for assessing the anesthetic level.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

18-40 岁，ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱ 级，孕周≥37 周，拟腰硬联合麻醉下行剖宫产术。

Inclusion criteria

Aged 18–40 years, ASA physical status I–II, gestational age >=37 weeks, scheduled for combined spinal-epidural anesthesia (CSEA) for cesarean section.

排除标准：

患者拒绝，脉搏氧灌注指数信号获取困难，心脑血管疾病，外周血管疾病患者，病态肥胖 BMI≥40kg/m^2，焦虑病史，仰卧位不能维持血压。

Exclusion criteria：

Patient refusal, difficulty in obtaining perfusion index signal, cerebrovascular disease, peripheral vascular disease, morbid obesity (BMI >= 40 kg/m2), history of anxiety, inability to maintain blood pressure in the supine position.
