研究目的：

鼻咽癌高发于中国南方，尤其是两广地区的西江流域。为优化鼻咽癌筛查策略，提高筛查效益，降低高发区人群的疾病负担，本研究计划于2026至2028年间对广西壮族自治区梧州市两个村镇内，进行鼻咽癌筛查工作的同时采集唾液、鼻咽拭子、血液及活检组织样本。通过针对性收集癌前病变、原位癌及癌旁组织等不同来源的样本，对早期基因变异事件（如染色体结构变异和单核苷酸突变等）进行系统研究，可以解析EBV感染上皮动态演化过程，从而更好地理解肿瘤发生发展机制。此外，基于早期样本挖掘关键分子标志物，将有助于对高危人群进行精准风险评估，为鼻咽癌的早期检测和临床干预提供理论支持。  

Objectives of Study：

Nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) is highly prevalent in southern China, particularly in the Xijiang River Basin spanning Guangdong and Guangxi provinces. To optimize NPC screening strategies, enhance screening efficiency, and alleviate the disease burden in high-incidence populations, this study will conduct NPC screening and collect matched saliva, nasopharyngeal swab, blood, and biopsy tissue samples from two towns and villages in Wuzhou City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region between 2026 and 2028.Targeted sampling of specimens from precancerous lesions, carcinoma in situ, and adjacent non-tumor tissues enables systematic profiling of early genetic alterations, including chromosomal structural variations and single nucleotide variants. This will allow us to delineate the dynamic evolution of Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) infection in the epithelium and decipher the core mechanisms of NPC tumorigenesis and progression. In addition, key molecular biomarkers identified from these early-stage samples will support accurate risk stratification of high-risk individuals, providing a theoretical basis for the early detection and clinical intervention of NPC.

纳入标准：

1.筛查地区30-69岁常住居民；
2.既往无鼻咽癌病史；
3.精神状态良好，意识清楚；
4.受试者同意签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

1.Permanent residents aged 30-69 years in the study screening areas.
2.No prior history of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC).
3.Mentally competent with full consciousness.
4.Provided written informed consent prior to study enrollment.

排除标准：

1.严重心、脑、肺、肝、肾疾病患者、聋哑人、精神病人和孕妇；
2.既往有鼻咽癌病史；
3.户籍在筛查地区以外的常住居民；
4.拒绝签署知情同意书；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with severe cardiac, cerebral, pulmonary, hepatic and renal diseases, deaf-mutes, mentally ill individuals and pregnant women.
2.Prior history of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC).
3.Permanent residents whose household registration was not within the study screening areas.
4.Refusal to provide written informed consent before study enrollment.
