研究目的：

总结浙江大学医学院附属第一医院2015年以来肋软骨隆鼻修复手术方式、评价手术效果及安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

Summarize the revision rhinoplasty techniques following costal cartilage rhinoplasty and evaluate surgical outcomes and safety at The First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine since 2015.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.肋软骨隆鼻史；
2.术后发生以下一项或多项不良反应，要求手术修复患者：移植物变形、移位、鼻尖冲顶、瘢痕挛缩、形态不满意。
3.术前术后完成照片拍摄及满意度评价；
4.年龄18至65岁；

Inclusion criteria

1.History of costal cartilage rhinoplasty;
2.Patients requiring revision surgery due to one or more postoperative adverse reactions: graft deformation, displacement, nasal tip projection, scar contracture, or unsatisfactory appearance;
3.Completion of preoperative and postoperative photographic documentation and satisfaction evaluation;
4.Age between 18 and 65 years old;

排除标准：

1.因先天性畸形（例如唇腭裂）、创伤、烧伤、肿瘤进行的修复手术。
2.术后急性感染未控制。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Reconstructive surgery caused by congenital deformities (e.g., cleft lip and palate), trauma, burns, or tumors;
2.Uncontrolled acute postoperative infection;
