研究目的：

本研究旨在评价阴道菌群移植治疗复发性阴道炎的临床疗效与安全性，初步探索其作用机制。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of vaginal microbiota transplantation (VMT) in the treatment of recurrent vaginitis and to preliminarily explore its underlying mechanisms.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄18-50岁的女性患者。 （2）近一年内至少出现3次及以上细菌性阴道炎发作。 （3）签署知情同意书，自愿参与研究并接受随访。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Female patients aged 18 to 50 years. (2) Have experienced at least three episodes of bacterial vaginosis in the past year. (3) Have signed the informed consent form and voluntarily agree to participate in the study and follow-up.

排除标准：

（1）妊娠或哺乳期妇女。 （2）有严重免疫功能缺陷或严重器官疾病的患者。 （3）过去3个月内接受过阴道菌群移植或类似治疗的患者。 （4）存在其他类型的阴道感染（如滴虫感染）。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Pregnant or breastfeeding women. (2) Patients with severe immunodeficiency or serious organ diseases. (3) Patients who have received vaginal microbiota transplantation or similar treatments within the past three months. (4) Patients with other types of vaginal infections (e.g., trichomoniasis).
