Objectives of Study：

Evaluation of the Efficacy of Lipoic Acid Capsules in Improving Visual Function and Blood Flow Perfusion in the Treatment of Diabetic Optic Neuropathy

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 符合糖尿病视神经病变诊断标准； 2. 病程不超过 1 个月； 3. 年龄 18-80 岁，性别不限，高龄患者由研究者确定； 4. 视力≥0.05 者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for diabetic optic neuropathy; 2. Disease course not exceeding 1 month; 3. Aged 18–80 years, with no restriction on gender; elderly patients to be assessed by the investigator; 4. Visual acuity >= 0.05.

排除标准：

1. 患有其它影响视功能的其他严重眼病，如青光眼、角膜炎症及混浊、葡萄膜炎、晶状体明显混浊者，颞动脉炎性前部缺血性神经病变、黄斑裂孔、视网膜脱离、视网膜色素变性等； 2.出血性疾病、脑出血急性期患者； 3.有严重心脏疾患、严重心律失常、心衰者； 4.肝肾功能严重异常者； 5.过敏体质，以知对两种或以上药物或食物过敏；或已知对本药成分过敏； 6. 已经妊娠、有妊娠计划或哺乳期妇女； 7.研究者判定不适合参加本研究的患者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with other severe ocular diseases affecting visual function, such as glaucoma, corneal inflammation and opacity, uveitis, significant lens opacity, arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy, macular hole, retinal detachment, retinitis pigmentosa, etc.; 2. Patients with hemorrhagic disorders or acute cerebral hemorrhage; 3. Patients with severe cardiac disease, severe arrhythmia, or heart failure; 4. Patients with severe hepatic or renal dysfunction; 5. Patients with allergic constitution, known allergy to two or more drugs or foods, or known allergy to any component of this medication; 6. Patients who are currently pregnant, planning pregnancy, or lactating; 7. Patients deemed unsuitable for participation in this study by the investigator.

本研究为开放标签试验，不对研究者及受试者设盲。结局评估者设盲：结局指标（最佳矫正视力、OCT、视野测量）由不知晓分组情况的专业技师执行，数据送独立影像中心判读；统计分析设盲（数据锁定前使用编码组别，分析脚本经盲态验证）。

Blinding：

This is an open-label trial; neither investigators nor participants are blinded. Outcome assessors are blinded: outcome measures (BCVA, OCT, visual field testing) are performed by professional technicians unaware of group assignment, with data interpreted by an independent imaging center; statistical analysis is blinded (coded group labels are used prior to database lock, and analysis scripts are validated under blinded conditions).
