Objectives of Study：

Study on the Effect of the New Type of Mouth Opening Trainer on Mouth Opening Training after Temporomandibular Joint Surgery

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.首次接受单侧或双侧颞下颌关节盘复位手术； 2.术后14天拆线后，由手术医生测量张口度＜35mm，下颌侧方运动＜5mm； 3.具有正常沟通交流生活自理能力，熟练使用智能手机； 4.年龄＜18岁者需1名监护人陪同，且愿意并配合研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. First-time unilateral or bilateral temporomandibular joint disc repositioning surgery; 2. Fourteen days after suture removal, the mouth opening measured by the operating doctor was <35 mm, and the mandibular lateral movement was <5 mm; 3.Having normal communication skills and self-care abilities, and being proficient in using smartphones; 4. Patients under 18 years old must be accompanied by one guardian, who was willing to participate in and cooperate with the study.

排除标准：

1.患有或曾患有精神疾病史； 2.合并其他严重系统性疾病； 3.患者资料记录不全或者不可靠。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Having or having had a history of mental illness; 2. Complicating with other severe systemic diseases; 3. Incomplete or unreliable patient data records.

A third-party researcher not involved in clinical operations generated the random sequence using the random number table method: After subjects were numbered in the order of their enrollment, random numbers were sequentially read from a fixed starting point in the random number table, and subjects were grouped according to the size of the random numbers and the preset allocation ratio. The allocation sequence was kept independently and concealed from the researchers.
