研究目的：

旨在利用基于多模态智能感知和AI 技术整合糖尿病足危险因素图片、视频、影像、生化等多模态数据构建的智能化防控体系，在手机App 端的应用，验证其对糖尿病足溃疡发病的预防效能。  

Objectives of Study：

This project aims to validate the preventive efficacy of an intelligent prevention and control system—constructed by integrating multimodal data (including images, videos, imaging findings, biochemical indicators, etc.) of diabetic foot risk factors based on multimodal intelligent sensing and artificial intelligence (AI) technology—when deployed via a mobile App, in preventing the occurrence of diabetic foot ulcers.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.确诊的2型糖尿病患者，病程≥3年；
2.年龄：30岁 ≤ 年龄≤75岁，男女不限；
3.存在足外观、神经、血管病变、足外观和结构异常中的任一项或 多项；
4.能熟练使用智能手机和智能管理App；
5.能配合进行足病图片等信息采集、上传和长期规律随访；
6.愿意签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

1. type 2 diabetic patients with duration longer than 3 years; 2. Age 35~75 years old,male or female; 3. Presence of any one or more of the following: abnormal foot appearance, neuropathy, vasculopathy, or structural foot abnormalities; 4. Ability to proficiently use a smartphone and the intelligent management App; 5. Ability to cooperate with foot image and other information collection, uploading, and long-term regular follow-up; 6. Willingness to sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

1. 严重心功能不全（纽约心脏病学会分级≥3级），或肾功能不全 （SCr>250umol/L 或 eGFR<30ml/min/1.73m^2），或肝功能不全（肝 酶>正常高限2.5倍）； 2. 血压过高：SBP>190mmHg和/或DBP>100mmHg； 3. 妊娠试验阳性，或哺乳期妇女，妊娠或育龄妇女不愿意在研究 期间采取有效避孕措施者； 4. 合并血液系统疾病、恶性肿瘤病史或结核等消耗性疾病； 5. 有糖尿病急性并发症（如糖尿病酮症酸中毒、高渗状态等）； 6. 有肢体残疾、缺如、截肢史或脑血管等疾病遗留的肢体瘫痪； 7. 有精神、智力异常、或理解力有限，不能理解研究要求或无法 配合应用手机App等智能化工具者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe cardiac insufficiency (New York Heart Association classification >= Grade 3), or renal insufficiency (SCr > 250 μmol/L or eGFR < 30 mL/min/1.73 m2), or hepatic insufficiency (liver enzymes > 2.5 times the upper limit of normal); 2. Severely uncontrolled hypertension: SBP > 190 mmHg and/or DBP > 100 mmHg; 3. Positive pregnancy test, or lactating women, or pregnant or childbearing-age women unwilling to take effective contraceptive measures during the study period; 4. Concurrent hematologic diseases, history of malignancy, or consumptive diseases such as tuberculosis; 5. Acute diabetic complications (e.g., diabetic ketoacidosis, hyperosmolar state, etc.); 6. Limb disability, absence, history of amputation, or limb paralysis due to cerebrovascular or other neurological diseases; 7. Psychiatric disorders, intellectual disability, or limited comprehension that prevents understanding of study requirements or cooperation with the use of smartphone App and other intelligent tools.
