研究目的：

调查2018年1月至2025年10月我院收治的儿童胫骨结节骨折，了解其各个分型，并发损伤，治疗方式及预后。借以了解我国青少年胫骨结节骨折损伤的分型特点，常见的合并损伤，从而更好的评估和治疗该类型骨折。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the tibial nodular fractures in children admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to October 2025, understand their various classifications, concurrent injuries, treatment methods and prognosis. In order to understand the classification characteristics of tibial nodule fracture injuries in Chinese adolescents and the common combined injuries, so as to better evaluate and treat this type of fracture.

纳入标准：

1.2018年1月至2025年10月我院收治的所有儿童胫骨结节骨折； 2.随访资料齐全。

Inclusion criteria

1. All children with tibial nodular fractures admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to October 2025; 2. The follow-up data are complete.

排除标准：

1.诊断为胫骨近端骨折非胫骨结节骨折； 2.随访资料不全。

Exclusion criteria：

1.The diagnosis was a proximal tibial fracture rather than a tibial nodule fracture; 2.Incomplete follow-up data.
