研究目的：

观察长期使用ASC40（地尼法司他）片治疗中、重度寻常性痤疮患者的安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the safety of long-term use of dinifastat (ASC40) tablets in patients with moderate to severe acne vulgaris.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.已成功完成ASC40-303 III期12周的研究；
2.对本研究已充分了解并自愿签署知情同意书；
3.具有生育能力的男性和育龄期女性受试者同意从签署知情同意书开始至试验 药物末次给药后3个月内采取有效避孕措施；
4.受试者愿意并能够完成研究，能理解并依从研究要求，遵守研究要求的限制 和相关宣教，按医嘱使用试验用药品，并按研究计划随访；

Inclusion criteria

1.Participants who have successfully completed a 12-week Phase III study of ASC40-303;
2.Have fully understood this research and voluntarily signed the informed consent;
3.The fertile male and female subjects of reproductive age agreed to use effective contraception from the time they signed the informed consent until 3 months after the final administration of the experimental drug;
4.Subjects are willing and able to complete the study, understand and comply with the study requirements, comply with the study requirements restrictions and related education, use the investigational drug as prescribed by the physician, and follow up according to the study schedule.

排除标准：

1.因任何原因停止参与ASC40-303 III期研究；
2.正在接受/计划接受任何系统性痤疮药物、系统性维A酸类、系统性皮质类固 醇或任何雄激素/抗雄激素治疗（如睾酮、螺内酯）；
3.在研究期间怀孕、哺乳或计划怀孕；
4.患有重大并发症（包括临床实验室检查中的临床重大异常）、精神失常，或 研究者认为不适宜参与研究的其他因素；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Discontinue participation in the ASC40-303 Phase III study for any reason.
2.Are receiving/planning to receive any systemic acne medications, systemic retinoids, systemic corticosteroids, or any androgen/antiandrogen therapy (e.g., testosterone, spironolactone);
3.Pregnant, nursing, or planning a pregnancy during the study period;
4.Have major complications (including clinically significant abnormalities in clinical laboratory tests), mental disorders, or other factors deemed unsuitable for study participation by the investigator.
