纳入标准：

1.年龄>=18周岁，自愿接受胃肠道内镜检查的人群； 2.临床资料完整，无影响诊断的干扰因素；

Inclusion criteria

1.Individuals aged 18 years or older who voluntarily undergo gastrointestinal endoscopy;
2.Clinical data is complete, with no interfering factors affecting the diagnosis;

排除标准：

1.有胃肠道手术史、严重胃肠道狭窄或梗阻无法完成内镜检查者；
2.有凝血功能障碍、严重心脑血管疾病等内镜检查禁忌证者；
3.无能力签署知情同意书者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Those with a history of gastrointestinal surgery, severe gastrointestinal stenosis, or obstruction who cannot undergo endoscopy;
2.Those with coagulation disorders, severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases, and other contraindications for endoscopy;
3.Person unable to sign the informed consent form;

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

研究参与者的 内镜检查报告、病理报告共同构成原始病历。研究者必须在诊治研究参与者同时书写原始病历，并保证数据记录及时、完整、准确、真实。对原始病历做任何有证据的更正时只能划线，旁注改后的数据，由研究者签名并注明日期。不得擦涂、覆盖原记录（保持原记录清晰可见）。每一位研究参与者结束临床研究后，由负责数据监查工作的成员审核，主要研究者进行数据最终审核，并进行签字确认，如发现问题应及时处理并记录。定 所有病例数据完成录入、负责数据监查工作的成员完成原始数据核查、数据管理人员完成核查、数据完成清理、主要研究者审核批准并完成签名后，由数据管理员进行数据锁定。数据锁定后，所有人员将不可对研究数据进行任何修改。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The endoscopy and pathology reports of study participants together constitute the original medical record. Researchers must write the original medical record while diagnosing and treating study participants, ensuring that data is recorded promptly, completely, accurately and truthfully. Any evidence-based corrections to the original medical record must be made by striking through with a marginal note of the corrected data, signed and dated by the researcher. Original records must not be erased or overwritten (original records must remain clearly visible). After each study participant completes the clinical study, a member responsible for data monitoring reviews the records, the principal investigator performs the final data review and signs to confirm; any issues found should be handled promptly and recorded. Once all case data has been entered, the member responsible for data monitoring has completed the verification of original data, the data manager has completed the review, data has been cleaned, and the principal investigator has approved and signed, the data administrator locks the data. After the data is locked, no personnel may make any changes to the research data.
