研究目的：

评估冠心病（含急性冠脉综合征与慢性冠脉综合征）患者的中医证候特征与1年主要不良心血管事件（MACE）发生风险之间的关联。  

Objectives of Study：

To assess the association between the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome characteristics of patients with coronary heart disease (including acute coronary syndrome and chronic coronary syndrome) and the risk of major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE) within one year.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合上述冠心病诊断标准； 2.年龄≥18岁； 3.自愿参加本研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meets the above diagnostic criteria for coronary heart disease; 2. Age >= 18 years old; 3. Voluntarily participates in this study and signs the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.属急性心包炎、急性心肌炎、心包填塞等危重、急性疾病患者。 2.重度休克，以及严重肝肾功能不全、严重血液系统疾病。 3.妊娠或哺乳期妇女。 4.具有精神疾患无法合作者。 5.预期寿命＜1年（如晚期恶性肿瘤等）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with critical and acute diseases such as acute pericarditis, acute myocarditis, and cardiac tamponade. 2. Severe shock, as well as severe liver and kidney dysfunction, and severe blood system diseases. 3. Pregnant or lactating women. 4. Individuals with mental disorders who cannot cooperate. 5. Those with an expected lifespan of less than one year (such as advanced malignant tumors, etc.).
