研究目的：

提出一种三维方向上可以准确分析儿童颌面部组织图像数据的分析方法，实现儿童颅颌面发育的准确诊断及治疗不同阶段三维面形变化的全面评估，进而基于机器学习，实现儿童颌面部软硬组织畸形的自动诊断。为及时发现儿童颜面发育异常，打破地域限制和缓解医疗资源紧张的难题提供解决思路，为临床医生的诊断和精准医疗提供指导和帮助，具有重要的学术意义和临床应用价值。  

Objectives of Study：

A method for analyzing three-dimensional facial tissue image data of children in a directional manner is proposed, which enables accurate diagnosis of children's craniofacial development and comprehensive assessment of three-dimensional facial shape changes at different stages. Furthermore, based on machine learning, automatic diagnosis of soft and hard tissue deformities in children's facial regions is achieved. This provides a solution to the problem of timely detection of facial developmental abnormalities, breaking geographical restrictions and alleviating the problem of tight medical resources. It offers guidance and assistance for clinical doctors' diagnosis and precise medical treatment, and holds significant academic and clinical application value.

纳入标准：

1.汉族儿童，8-14岁；2.有完整的医疗信息： 3D面部图像，头颅侧位片。

Inclusion criteria

1.Han ethnicity children, aged 8 to 14;
2.complete medical information available: 3D facial images, lateral skull radiographs.

排除标准：

1.参与者< 8岁或>14岁； 2.没有3D面部图像，头颅侧位片；3.有明显的面部不对称或颅面异常；4.有颌面部手术史；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Participants under 8 years old or over 14 years old;
2.no 3D facial images or cephalometric lateral radiographs;
3.obvious facial asymmetry or craniofacial abnormalities;
4.history of maxillofacial surgery;
