研究目的：

本研究的目的是评估和比较在关节镜下使用“全缝线无骨隧道平衡牵引固定技术(AStTF)”与“全缝线经骨隧道牵引固定技术(ASnBTF)”治疗儿童胫骨髁间隆突撕脱性骨折时的临床疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to evaluate and compare the clinical efficacy of the "All-suture Transpatellar Tibial Fixation Technique (AStTF)" and the "All-suture Transosseous Tibial Fixation Technique (ASnBTF)" in the treatment of avulsion fractures of the tibial intercondylar eminence in children under arthroscopy.

纳入标准：

1.13岁以下生长板未完全闭合的青少年； 2.根据改良的Meyers-McKeever分类法，临床诊断为II型、III型和IV型胫骨髁间隆突骨折，且被认为适合接受手术干预的患者； 3.遵守治疗方案且能可靠提供临床数据反馈的患者；

Inclusion criteria

1.Adolescents under 13 years of age with incomplete growth plate closure; 2.Patients clinically diagnosed with Type II, III and IV tibial intercondylar eminence fractures, as per the modified Meyers–McKeever classification, and deemed suitable for surgical intervention; 3.Patients who exhibited good adherence to treatment protocols and could reliably provide clinical data feedback;

排除标准：

1.膝关节稳定性受损的患者，如多韧带损伤， 骨软骨损伤，或胫骨平台骨折移位；
2.临床记录不完整；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with conditions compromising knee joint stability, such as multiple ligament injuries，osteochondral lesions, or tibial plateau fracture displacement;
2.Clinical records incomplete;
