研究目的：

主要研究目的： 1） 建立痛风和高尿酸血症临床队列； 次要研究目的： 1） 阐明痛风和高尿酸血症发展规律； 2） 识别痛风和高尿酸血症发生、发展和预后的危险因素； 3） 评估痛风和高尿酸血症相关并发症的风险和机制； 4） 评估痛风和高尿酸血症治疗策略的有效性、安全性和依从性； 5） 发现痛风和高尿酸血症亚型和治疗基础； 6） 为公共卫生政策和临床指南提供高质量证据。  

Objectives of Study：

Main research objectives: 1. Establish clinical cohorts for gout and hyperuricemia. Secondary research objectives: 1. Elucidate the developmental patterns of gout and hyperuricemia; 2. Identify the risk factors for the occurrence, development, and prognosis of gout and hyperuricemia; 3. Assess the risk and mechanisms of complications related to gout and hyperuricemia; 4. Evaluate the effectiveness, safety, and compliance of treatment strategies for gout and hyperuricemia; 5. Discover subtypes of gout and hyperuricemia and treatment basis; 6. Provide high-quality evidence for public health policies and clinical guidelines.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合2015年美国风湿病学会(ACR)和欧洲抗风湿病联盟(EULAR)痛风的诊断标准；
2.符合高尿酸血症诊断标准，即成人在正常嘌呤饮食情况下，不分男女，非同日两次空腹血尿酸水平高于420μmol/L。
3.性别不限，年龄≥8岁；
4.研究参与者知情，自愿签署知情同意书，并同意按照队列数据采集的要求随访，并接受相关检查；

Inclusion criteria

1.Met the 2015 American College of Rheumatology (ACR) and European League Against Rheumatism (EULAR) diagnostic criteria for gout;
2.Meets the diagnostic criteria for hyperuricemia, which means that adults with normal purine diet, regardless of gender, have fasting blood uric acid levels higher than 420 μ mol/L on non same day occasions.
3.Gender not limited, age ≥ 8 years old;
4.Research participants are informed, voluntarily sign informed consent forms, and agree to follow up according to the requirements of queue data collection and undergo relevant examinations;

排除标准：

1.妊娠、准备妊娠或哺乳期妇女；
2.精神性疾病，无自知力，无法确切表达者；
3.拒绝签署知情同意者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Pregnant, pregnant or lactating women;
2.Individuals with mental illnesses who lack self-awareness and are unable to express themselves accurately;
3.Refuse to sign informed consent.
