Objectives of Study：

Preliminary investigation of the impact of tumor-dominant bacteria related to the intratumoral microenvironment in esophageal malignancies on the efficacy of immunotherapy

纳入标准：

18-90 周岁经临床诊断为食管恶性肿瘤并可耐受食管标准术式切除手术者。

Inclusion criteria

Individuals aged 18 to 90 years, clinically diagnosed with esophageal malignant tumors and tolerable to standard esophagectomy.

排除标准：

1. 18 周岁以下未成年人、90 周岁以上老年人； 2. 因各种原因无法耐受食管手术者； 3. 经临床诊断为非食管恶性肿瘤的良性食管肿瘤患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Minors under 18 years of age and elderly patients over 90 years of age; 2. Patients unable to tolerate esophageal surgery due to various reasons; 3. Patients clinically diagnosed with benign esophageal tumors rather than esophageal malignancies.
