研究目的：

探讨寰枢椎术后患者再次手术时困难气道的发生率及相关危险因素。以进一步优化寰枢椎手术患者围术期管理流程，降低并发症发生率，并改善预后。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the incidence and related risk factors of difficult airways in patients undergoing reoperation after atlantoaxial surgery, with the aim of further optimizing perioperative management protocols for atlantoaxial surgery patients, reducing complication rates, and improving outcomes.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.寰枢椎术后患者；2. 行气管插管全身麻醉手术；3.年龄≥18 岁。

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients after atlantoaxial surgery; 2.Undergoing tracheal intubation general anesthesia surgery; 3.Age >=18 years.

排除标准：

1.临床资料不完整；2.年龄＜18 岁。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Incomplete clinical data; 2.Age < 18 years.
