研究目的：

1.构建并实施自闭症儿童父母的省映式教养团体干预方案， 2.检验干预效应； 3.探索干预过程的中介机制，即检验父母的教养行为、亲子关系质量、儿童催产素水平及亲子自主神经同步反应在父母省映功能对儿童行为的影响中的中介作用； 4.对干预进行过程评价，评估干预的保真度、可接受性、影响干预有效性的因素。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Develop and implement a reflective parenting group intervention program for parents of children with autism; 2. Examine the intervention effects; 3. Explore the mediating mechanisms underlying the intervention process—specifically, test the mediating roles of parenting behaviors, parent–child relationship quality, children’s oxytocin levels, and parent–child autonomic neural synchrony in the association between parental reflective functioning and child behavioral outcomes; 4. Conduct a process evaluation of the intervention, assessing intervention fidelity, acceptability, and factors influencing intervention effectiveness.

纳入标准：

自闭症儿童家长。纳入标准： 1.儿童诊断自闭症谱系障碍； 2.儿童年龄在2-7岁； 3.受访者为自闭症儿童的主要照料人； 4.受访家庭有条件完成两次线下评估； 5.受访家庭有设备和条件参与远程干预。 自闭症儿童。纳入标准： 1.儿童诊断自闭症谱系障碍； 2.儿童年龄在2-7岁。

Inclusion criteria

Parents of children with autism. Inclusion criteria: 1. The child has a diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder; 2. The child is aged 2–7 years; 3. The participant is the primary caregiver of the child with autism; 4. The family is able to complete two in-person assessments; 5. The family has the necessary equipment and conditions to participate in remote intervention. Children with autism. Inclusion criteria: 1. The child has a diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder; 2. The child is aged 2–7 years.

排除标准：

儿童有器质性躯体疾病或合并其他精神障碍

Exclusion criteria：

The child has an organic physical disease or a comorbid psychiatric disorder.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本研究采用电子问卷形式作为病例记录表（CRF）。所有研究变量通过“问卷星”平台设计的结构化问卷进行统一收集，由受试者自主在线填写。问卷星平台作为本研究的电子数据采集系统（EDC），负责问卷发放与数据初步汇总。 数据收集完成后，研究人员从问卷星导出加密数据文件，去除或编码所有可识别个人身份的信息，仅保留研究所需变量。导出的数据文件保存在研究室专用电脑中，电脑设有操作系统登录密码，数据文件采用加密存储，仅限项目组核心成员使用账号和密码访问。研究过程中不使用纸质CRF，不在个人移动设备上长期存储原始数据。 数据管理过程中，如需对数据进行整理和分析，将在本地环境中使用统计软件（如 SPSS/R 等）进行，相关数据文件和分析结果均采用同样的加密和访问控制措施。研究结束后，数据按照课题组和伦理审批要求保存规定年限，期间仅用于本研究目的和经批准的二次分析，不向无关人员泄露。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

This study utilized an electronic questionnaire as the Case Report Form (CRF). All study variables were uniformly collected through a structured questionnaire designed on the "Questionnaire Star" platform, which was completed independently online by the participants. The Questionnaire Star platform served as the Electronic Data Capture (EDC) system for this study, responsible for questionnaire distribution and preliminary data aggregation. Upon completion of data collection, researchers exported encrypted data files from Questionnaire Star. All personally identifiable information was removed or coded, retaining only the variables necessary for the study. The exported data files were stored on a dedicated computer in the research laboratory. This computer is protected by an operating system login password, and the data files are encrypted. Access is restricted to core project team members using individual accounts and passwords. Paper CRFs were not used during the study, and raw data was not stored long-term on personal mobile devices. During the data management process, any data collation and analysis were conducted in a local environment using statistical software (e.g., SPSS/R). The relevant data files and analysis results were subject to the same encryption and access control measures. After the study's conclusion, the data will be retained for the period required by the research team and ethics committee approval. During this time, the data will be used solely for the purposes of this study and approved secondary analyses, and will not be disclosed to unauthorized individuals.
