本研究针对不同种类心肌重构的纵向观察，通过联合心脏磁共振的影响分析与外周血差异表达的基因、蛋白和代谢物水平，探究心肌重构机制和预测因素。  

Objectives of Study：

This longitudinal study investigates diverse types of myocardial remodeling. By integrating cardiac magnetic resonance (CMR) imaging with analyses of differentially expressed genes, proteins, and metabolites in peripheral blood, it aims to elucidate the underlying mechanisms and identify predictive factors.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.自2024年8月1日起，在吉林大学中日联谊医院心血管内科入院，行心脏MRI的患者。 1.所有患者有详细既往病史、临床表现及心电图等资料； 2.均行心脏核磁共振、心脏彩超等检查； 3.年龄＞=18 岁，＜90 岁； 4.签署知情同意书，能够完成住院各项常规检查，并留取科研血样获得有效数据。

Inclusion criteria

1.Since August 1, 2024, the patient has been admitted to the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine of China-Japan Friendship Hospital of Jilin University for cardiac MRI. 1.All patients had detailed medical history, clinical manifestations and electrocardiogram data; 2.Cardiac MRI, cardiac color ultrasound and other examinations were performed; 3.Age >=18 years, < 90 years; 4.Signing informed consent, be able to complete the routine examination of the hospital, and keep a scientific research blood sample to obtain effective data.

排除标准：

1.拒绝配合采集信息，或无意愿进行随访；
2.幽闭恐惧症；
3.磁共振造影剂过敏；
4.心脏起搏装置；
5.严重肾功能不全（估算肾小球率过滤<20ml/min/1.73m^2）;
6.严重肝功能不全（天冬氨酸转氨酶或丙氨酸转氨酶＞3倍正常值）;
7.曾接受任意重大器官的移植；
8.怀孕或哺乳期；
9.患有精神疾病；
10.存在任何传染性或系统疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Refuse to cooperate with the collection of information, or have no willingness to follow up;
2.Claustrophobia;
3. Allergy to magnetic resonance contrast agents;
4. Cardiac pacemaker;
5.Severe renal insufficiency (estimated glomerular rate filtering <20ml/min/1.73m^2);
6. Severe liver insufficiency (aspartate aminotransferase or alanine aminotransferase > 3 times normal);
7. Have received any major organ transplant;
8. Pregnancy or lactation;
9. Suffering from mental illness;
10.Presence of any infectious or systemic disease.
