研究目的：

评估预见性保温护理模式对介入儿科全麻患儿术中低体温发生的预防效果，优化护理模式，为介入儿科全麻手术术中护理提供更科学有效的护理策略，提升护理质量。以期为神经介入治疗相关科室医护人员提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to evaluate the preventive effect of a proactive thermal care model on intraoperative hypothermia in pediatric patients (0–14 years) undergoing interventional procedures under general anesthesia, so as to optimize and improve nursing practice and provide evidence-based guidance for neurointerventional care teams.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄 0 周岁～14 周岁 2.在介入手术室接受全身麻醉治疗 / 检查的患儿； 3.术前一周体温维持在正常范围； 4.无急性发作的感染性疾病，无发热、咳嗽、流涕等感染相关临床表现； 5.患儿家长或法定监护人知情研究内容，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age: 0 to 14 years old 2. Pediatric patients requiring examination or treatment under general anesthesia in the interventional operating room 3. Body temperature kept within the normal range during one week before surgery 4. No acute onset of infectious diseases, and no infection-related symptoms such as fever, cough and runny nose 5. The parents or legal guardians of the pediatric participants are fully informed of the research content and have signed the informed consent form

排除标准：

1. 术前体温过高（超过37.2℃）或过低（低于36℃）的患儿 2. 因病情需要在术中使用特殊设备或药物（已知会显著影响体温）且无法更改治疗方案的患儿 3. 存在未控制的内分泌疾病（如甲状腺功能异常等）影响体温调节的患儿 4. 对保温材料过敏的患儿 5. 正在参与其他临床科研实验的患儿 6. 患儿家长或法定监护人了解研究内容后，拒绝签署知情同意书

Exclusion criteria：

1. Children with preoperative hyperthermia (> 37.2°C) or hypothermia (< 36.0°C); 2. Children who require intraoperative use of special equipment or drugs known to significantly affect body temperature, and whose treatment regimen cannot be modified; 3. Children with uncontrolled endocrine disorders that affect thermoregulation (e.g., thyroid dysfunction); 4. Children with known allergy to thermal insulation materials; 5. Children currently participating in another clinical research study; 6. Children whose parents or legal guardians refuse to sign the informed consent form after receiving full study information.

给予预见性保温护理模式护理:(1.术前1天对患者访视，进行低体温风险评估。2.患者入室前15min开始调高手术室温度预热手术室温度维持在25℃，让患者身感舒适,缓解紧张情绪。 在不影响穿刺区域消毒、铺单情况下,在患者肚脐以上、膝关节以下覆盖加温毛巾被、手术单等,尤其要足部保暖。术中手术室温度维持在24℃左右，减少对流、辐射、传导、蒸发等方式造成的热量散失。3.静点液体、冲洗液使用前加温至37℃，预防“冷稀释”作用。4.在常规棉被保温的基础上辅以温毯机，温度设定为38℃加温，减少因体位、术中暴露引起的体温下降及末梢循环不畅。)

Intervention：

Proactive thermal insulation nursing was implemented as follows:(1.Conduct a pre-operative visit and assess the risk of hypothermia 1 day before the operation.2.15 minutes prior to the patient’s entry, preheat the operating room and maintain its temperature at 25℃ to ensure patient comfort and relieve anxiety. Without affecting the disinfection and draping of the puncture area, cover the patient with heated towels and surgical drapes above the navel and below the knee joints, with emphasis on foot warmth. During the operation, maintain the operating room temperature at approximately 24℃ to reduce heat loss via convection, radiation, conduction and evaporation.3.Warm intravenous fluids and irrigation fluids to 37℃ before use to prevent the "cold dilution" effect.4.On the basis of routine quilt insulation, assist with a warming blanket machine set at 38℃ to reduce body temperature decrease and poor peripheral circulation caused by body position and intraoperative exposure.)
