研究目的：

本项目旨在基于 HAPA 模型，探讨下肢静脉曲张患者疾病不确定感的现状及影响因素，构建并实施针对性的护理干预方案，以降低患者疾病不确定感，改善其健康行为和生活质量。  

Objectives of Study：

This project aims to, based on the HAPA model, investigate the current situation and influencing factors of disease uncertainty among patients with varicose veins of the lower extremities, and construct and implement targeted nursing intervention plans to reduce patients' disease uncertainty, and improve their health behaviors and quality of life.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 符合 VVLE 诊断标准； 2. CEAP 分级在 C2-C4 分级者； 3. 年龄>=18 岁； 4. 意识清楚，能够配合研究； 5. 自愿参与本研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meets the diagnostic criteria of VVLE; 2. Has CEAP classification at level C2-C4; 3. Age >= 18 years old; 4. Clear consciousness and able to cooperate with the study; 5. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1. 合并严重心、肝、肾等脏器功能不全者； 2. 合并精神疾病或认知功能障碍者； 3. 存在未纠正的凝血功能障碍。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe dysfunction of organs such as the heart, liver and kidneys; 2. Patients with mental disorders or cognitive impairments; 3. Patients with uncorrected coagulation disorders.
