研究目的：

1. 采用前瞻性纵向研究设计，基于认知偏向揭示新确诊HIV/AIDS患者孤独感的纵向发展轨迹及其心理行为机制； 2. 整合行为实验和多模态神经影像技术（包括ERP和rs-fMRI），通过比较孤独组和不孤独组HIV/AIDS患者在完成认知偏向实验时的神经电活动以及脑区激活差异，探索孤独感的神经关联机制。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To adopt a prospective longitudinal design to characterize the developmental trajectory of loneliness among newly diagnosed HIV/AIDS patients and to elucidate the underlying psychological and behavioral mechanisms from the perspective of cognitive bias; 2. To integrate behavioral experiments with multimodal neuroimaging techniques, including event-related potentials (ERP) and resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging (rs-fMRI), and to investigate the neural correlates of loneliness by comparing neural electrical activity and brain activation patterns between lonely and non-lonely HIV/AIDS patients during cognitive bias tasks.

纳入标准：

1. 新确诊3个月内HIV/AIDS患者； 2. 年龄>=18岁； 3. 能够使用智能手机完成线上问卷填写和实验测量程序； 4. 同意参加本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Newly diagnosed HIV/AIDS patients within 3 months of diagnosis; 2. Aged 18 years or older; 3. Able to use a smartphone to complete online questionnaires and experimental assessment procedures; 4. Willing to participate in the study and provide informed consent.

排除标准：

1. 病情危重； 2. 存在严重视、听、认知等功能障碍者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Critically ill patients; 2. Individuals with severe visual, auditory, cognitive, or other functional impairments.
