研究目的：

（1）通过证据总结和横断面研究等形式，了解养老机构老年人久坐与身体活动的现状，分析久坐与身体活动不足的影响因素，初步构建养老机构老年人久坐与身体活动的干预方案；通过专家函询对养老机构老年人久坐与身体活动方案的初稿进行评估，根据专家意见归纳后进行修改，形成养老机构老年人久坐与身体活动干预方案终稿。 （2）将该方案初步应用，探讨该方案对养老机构老年人改变久坐与身体活动的应用效果，评估其科学性和实用性。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Through evidence summaries and cross-sectional studies, understand the current situation of sedentary behaviour and physical activity among elderly residents in care institutions, analyse the influencing factors of sedentary behaviour and insufficient physical activity, and preliminarily construct an intervention programme for sedentary behaviour and physical activity among elderly residents in care institutions; assess the draft programme through expert consultation, revise it according to expert opinions, to form the final intervention programme for sedentary behaviour and physical activity among elderly residents in care institutions. (2) Apply the programme preliminarily to explore its effectiveness in changing sedentary behaviour and physical activity among elderly residents in care institutions, and evaluate its scientific validity and practicality.

纳入标准：

类实验研究： 1.年龄≥65岁; 2.在养老机构居住时长＞3个月; 3.近3个月清醒时的平均久坐总时间超过 6 小时/天以及身体活动不足：每周平均中高强度身体活动时间少于 150 分钟; 4.能够在没有帮助的情况下行走 100 米者; 5.沟通及理解能力正常; 6.自愿参加本次研究。 横断面研究： 1.年龄≥65岁； 2.养老机构居住时长＞3个月； 3.无运动系统疾病、无任何长期内不适宜运动的情况者； 4.沟通及理解能力正常； 5.知情同意，并自愿参与调查。

Inclusion criteria

Quasi-experimental research: 1. Age >= 65 years; 2. Living in a care institution for more than 3 months; 3. In the past 3 months, the average total sedentary time when awake exceeded 6 hours/day and there was insufficient physical activity: the average weekly moderate-to-vigorous physical activity time was less than 150 minutes; 4. Able to walk 100 metres without assistance; 5. Communication and comprehension abilities are normal; 6. Voluntarily participate in this study. Cross-sectional study: 1. Age >= 65 years; 2. Length of residence in a nursing facility > 3 months; 3. No musculoskeletal diseases and no conditions that are unsuitable for long-term exercise; 4. Normal communication and comprehension abilities; 5. Informed consent and voluntary participation in the survey.

排除标准：

类实验研究： 1.严重身体疾病或长期卧床者； 2.患有严重心脑血管疾病需要限制活动者； 3.患有重症肌无力、骨骼疾病或畸形导致身体活动受限者； 4.有严重认知功能障碍、精神障碍者； 5.既往存在精神疾病病史； 6.中枢神经功能障碍病史。 横断面研究： 1.长期卧床，生活不能自理者； 2.存在精神疾病、意识障碍或严重认知障碍无法配合调查； 3.存在严重听力或语言功能障碍，无法配合者； 4.拒绝参与访谈或中途意外退出。

Exclusion criteria：

Quasi-experimental research: 1. People with serious physical illnesses or who are bedridden for a long time; 2. Individuals with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases who need to limit physical activity; 3. Those with myasthenia gravis, skeletal diseases, or deformities that limit physical activity; 4. Individuals with severe cognitive impairments or mental disorders; 5. History of mental illness; 6. History of central nervous system dysfunction; Cross-sectional study: 1. Long-term bedridden individuals who cannot care for themselves; 2. Those with mental illness, consciousness disorders, or severe cognitive impairment who cannot cooperate with the survey; 3. Those with severe hearing or speech impairments who cannot cooperate; 4. Those who refuse to participate in interviews or unexpectedly withdraw halfway.
