研究目的：

人类光老化皮肤的公共单细胞 RNA 测序数据，并将其与定量原位多重免疫荧光技术相结合，了解光老化过程中内皮细胞驱动的血管重塑机制。  

Objectives of Study：

To comprehend the mechanism of endothelial cell-driven vascular remodeling during photoaging, we sequenced the public single-cell RNA of human aging skin and integrated it with quantitative in situ multiplex immunofluorescence technology.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 志愿者自愿配合该研究并签署知情同意书； 2. 年龄>=60 岁，性别不限； 3. 光老化组：长期户外活动且头面部不作任何防晒措施，临床表现符合皮肤光老化诊断标准； 4. 对照组：与光老化组年龄匹配，因临床需要行腰腹部皮肤手术，采样区域长期绝对防晒，无光老化表现。

Inclusion criteria

1. Willing to sign the informed consent form; 2. Aged 60 years or above, Gender not limited; 3. Engaged in long-term outdoor activities without any sun protection measures on the head and face, with clinical manifestations consistent with photoaging diagnosis; 4. The control group consists of skin tissues from absolutely sun-protected lumbosacral and abdominal regions of subjects in the same age group.

排除标准：

1. 患有皮肤肿瘤疾病； 2. 妊娠或哺乳期； 3. 在<1年内使用其他试验药物或其他干预措施治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with skin tumors; 2. Pregnant or lactating women; 3. Those who have participated in other interventional clinical trials within the past one year.
